On November 4th, Vulcanizados Álvarez took part in the 2025 Employment, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Fair, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid in collaboration with the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León. The event was held at the Valladolid Fairgrounds (Av. Ramón Pradera, 3) and brought together hundreds of individuals eager to advance their professional futures.
Our presence was led by the Human Resources team, who engaged with students, professionals, and entrepreneurs, sharing information about job opportunities, internships, and the type of talent we aim to attract at Vulcanizados Álvarez.

The fair, held from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, aimed to foster direct communication between companies and job seekers, highlight young talent, and provide tools to enhance employability. It also promoted entrepreneurship as an alternative path to professional development.
