Development of the new paradigm of medium voltage connectors Three-layer bicomponent. CDTI-IDI-20180879
Target
The objective of this project has been the design and development of the change in the paradigm of the product and the new production process of parts made with semiconductor liquid silicones and insulating liquid silicones, in a 100% automatic process, which can be used as transformer cell connectors tensile.
Results
The result has been the obtaining of two prototype pieces, monocone and bicone, injected with liquid silicones, which can be used as voltage transformation cell connectors. Also I know has designed the two-component injection production process to
be able to be manufactured in series.
